How do I set up location reminders?

In an open list, open the „⋯“ menu at the top right → „Locations“ and turn on „Learn Locations“ and „Shopping Reminder“.

Important for reminders in the background: location access must be set to „Always“ (iOS Settings → pon → Location) — only then may iOS wake pon at the right moment when you pass a store. If it's set only to „While Using the App“, these pass-by reminders unfortunately won't fire.

No worries about your data: your location is processed solely on your device and never sent to us — we don't want to know where you are. Give it a try; it's the feature that reminds you to shop reliably and without a second thought, and you can turn it off again anytime. Under „Time Schedule“ (in the same „Locations“ area) you decide when reminders are allowed (default: Mon–Sat, 7 am–10 pm).
