pon doesn't remind me (or at the wrong place) — what can I do?

Usually one condition is missing — quickly run through them:

• Is location access set to „Always“? (iOS Settings → pon → Location)
• Are „Learn Locations“ and „Shopping Reminder“ turned on? (in an open list via „⋯“ → „Locations“)
• Are notifications allowed for pon, and are you within your time schedule?

If pon reminds you at the wrong place, a location was usually learned imprecisely — correct it via „⋯“ → „Locations“ → „Manage Locations“.
