How do I add items by dictation (voice)?

In an open list, tap the microphone icon at the bottom and just start speaking — even several items in a row („milk, butter, six eggs“). pon recognizes them and shows them as individual chips that you can review or remove before adding.

You can start dictation in several ways:

• the dictation button in the bottom left of your list
• touch and hold the pon icon on the Home Screen → “Dictate”
• the pon control in Control Centre
• the Action Button: Settings → Action Button → Shortcut → pon → “Dictate”
• the Shortcuts app — pon offers “Dictate” as an action, so you can build it into your own routines

This is handy when you want to capture a lot at once without typing. Speech recognition runs entirely on your device — nothing is sent to us or third parties for recognition.

To add without opening the app at all, use Siri.
