How can I see that someone on my list is currently shopping?

As soon as a participant gets going, a black „… is shopping now“ card appears at the top of the list overview (and in the list itself) with their name, progress and item count; tapping it shows what's already in the cart.

This requires that member notifications are turned on. The widget and the Apple Watch show the same live hint.
